Viajes (Travels) Receives Cuban Music Award

I’m delighted to share that my vocals feature on the track Farewell alongside NYC jazz guitar legend Mike Stern, renowned for his work with Miles Davis. The track appears on Viajes (Travels), the new album by percussionist/composer Alex Pertout.

Viajes (Travels) won the Premio Internacional (International Prize) at the Cubadisco Awards, held in Havana on May 16, 2026 — a wonderful recognition of Alex’s project and its collaborators.

Farewell - Review Quote and Link Below:

“…graced by the profound artistry of its featured guests, including the iconic and soulful tone of legendary jazz guitarist Mike Stern, the delicate landscapes of pianist Luke Howard, and the ethereal, wordless vocal textures of Susannah Coleman-Brown.”
